Kriya Yoga Center and its teachers are not liable for injuries, health complications, or conditions that may arise due to undisclosed medical issues or failure to follow guidance.

4. Individual Responsibility & Practice Limitations

• All practices are offered with respect for individual limits.

• Participants are encouraged to practice within their own comfort level.

• Teachers may offer modifications and personal guidance, but the final responsibility for participation rests with the individual.

5. Bookings & Inquiries

• Submitting an inquiry through our website or Google Form does not guarantee a confirmed booking.

• A retreat booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from Kriya Yoga Center and receipt of the required payment or deposit.

• Retreat schedules, programs, and availability are subject to change.

6. Payments & Pricing

• Retreat prices are communicated directly via email or message after inquiry.

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Any applicable taxes, service fees, or transaction charges (if applicable) will be clearly communicated before payment.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
